***Holiday 2021 Return Policy***
Purchases made from November 15, 2021 to December 24, 2021 may be returned until January 15, 2021 for store credit only. All returns are still subject to our standard return requirements listed below. Seasonal/holiday-themed items are Final Sale.
Standard Return Policy:
Reasonable returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for full refund (initial shipping only). If you’d like to make a return, please contact Ravenrosewitches@outlook.com prior to returning your merchandise. Please note that sale items may not be returned.
Returned items must be in original, saleable condition with packaging, tags, etc. intact. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and ensuring that merchandise has been packaged securely. Using a traceable shipping method with tracking information is highly recommended.
Returns will be accepted at the sole discretion of Raven & Rose Witches. Refunds will be issued after returns have been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued for the amount paid for the merchandise, less any discounts. Only initial shipping is refundable. Shipping initiated by customer is not refundable.
Due to the nature of our products, certain items are not eligible for return. The following items are Final Sale:
- Apothecary (skincare, bath & body, fragrance, essential oils)
- Herbal Bundles / Herbal Cleansing Sticks
- Opened tarot/oracle decks
- Gift sets & boxes
- Gift cards
- Seasonal/Holiday items
- Sale items
- One of a kind & vintage
Missing or Damaged Items
In the event that an item arrives damaged or if an item is missing from your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with an accompanying photo within three days of delivery and we will be happy to assist you.
We do not accept international returns at this time. All international purchases are FINAL SALE.
Price Adjustments & Changes to Tender
We are not able to offer price adjustments or make changes to the type of payment used after an order has been submitted online or purchased in-store.
